All sales are final. No return will be accepted unless the item is not as described.
If the item is described as brand new without defect and is found defective on arrival or the incorrect item was shipped, buyer agrees that the product will be repaired or replaced at seller's discretion, at a reasonable amount of time. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance.
In very remote cases, where your item is lost or damaged in shipping, please email us immediately. A claim will be filed to our shipping company for damage protection claim as described in the Shipping Information section. We will replace a new item or repair the damaged item once we have received the returned item. Replacement will be made upon receipt of the returned item.
All shipping and handling charges are NON refundable.
All returns MUST be approved by LowerDeals. You MUST send us email stating the reason for the return. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid and with the original product packaging within 15 days of reciept of merchandise.
